These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text message communications program operated by KMSR Properties LLC ("KMSR Properties," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms.

These SMS Terms are incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS communications from KMSR Properties LLC at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

After you text STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from KMSR Properties LLC unless you opt in again.

Carrier support may vary by program. We are not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carrier limitations.

Mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — will not be sold, shared, rented, or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. This data is used solely to communicate with you regarding your property inquiry.

9. No Guarantee of Delivery

KMSR Properties LLC cannot guarantee the delivery of any SMS message. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including mobile carrier availability, device compatibility, and network conditions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from undelivered or delayed messages.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
